High kick spoiler yay or nay?

Bought this spoiler recently, felt the position abit tilted too high up. Is this normal or product issue? Anyone bought this care to share your pics?

It does look a bit high to my eyes. It would be ok if it was lower it had the flatter part in the middle CS style.

I agree too...
But the spoiler when i place it down on the trunk it seems to lay perfectly at that angle...
