Call BMWNA. They'll give you your boat name.

I read there is a way to enter the VIN into the Wallenius Wilhelmsen website. The fields are Booking Number, Customer Reference Number and Bill of Lading Number. Which one does it go in?

There used to be a way to lookup by VIN, but it was removed by WW over security concerns apparently. You should be able to get the Bill of Lading number from a BMW Genius, and that should allow you to see all the VINs being shipped as part of the shipment.

I assume my car is okay since it has been in transit since June 11th but if mine was damaged and I had to reorder all over again I would be okay with that since there are a couple options I would probably get that I didn’t get on my order.

Was able to get more useful info by calling bmwna. The website merely told me the car was "in transit". Bmwna told me the ship name..Galaxy Ace, and destination- port bayonne, and eta-6/21.

Do you happen to remember when yours was at the port? My car could be on the same vessel but was not able to confirm it by calling BMWNA. It just told me it’s in transit. Hopefully my car wasn’t damaged from the hail and they’re trying to fix it.

Have you tried calling back? Maybe you got a dumb agent. If it says "in transit", then it's definitely on a boat and BMW has this information. It's not like they have no record of this, and let your car freely come overseas without any asset tracking controls.
