Dealer called me saying programs improved from March, reducing lease price by $30/mo. Wondering if that’s the additional 1K that’s being referenced in this thread coming through. Interestingly, I don’t see this additional 1K on BMWUSA’s website. Also this was for a 330, not M340.

That was my assumption, however:

1) I thought this 1K incentive was perhaps M340 specific, but apparently not since I was looking into a 330?
2) I may have missed it, but as I said earlier, it doesn't appear advertised on BMWNA's website?

It seems wild to me that they are already offering 3K incentives on brand new 3 series (though, the starting residuals are about 5% less compared to initial F30 lease offerings). I quickly checked a few local dealer inventories, as was a little surprised to see one dealer having over 50 G20's on the lot. Perhaps BMW missed the mark on assuming folks were going to pay several hundred more for a 3 series as compared to prior generations, and this is them showing they made an error in judgement.

So if you were quoted Invoice minus $2,000 loyalty discount in March and your M340 is scheduled to arrive in April. Would you also expect the $1000 lease rebate in addition to your original deal?

You can see all incentives at https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offers.html

These numbers don't include the $2k loyalty incentive.

Exactly so Loyalty + Incentive gets you the $3k.

I'm still confused. I see 1K Loyalty/Conquest and 1K Lease credit. That amounts to 2K. Is this "bonus" 1K we're discussing not listed on the site?

Anyone notice that interest rates jumped to 4.5% on some of the models on BMWFS?

For leases, the MF has been at .00188 (which equates to 4.512% APR). Not sure about financing since I haven't been following that.

That was the number for March too.

Anyone know if the $1000 Lease cash is combinable with the Corporate Fleet Discount? Corporate Fleet for the 2020 M340i is $2500, I know that isn't combinable with the Loyalty discount anymore - but $3500 > $3000

I am getting jerked around by my SA. He quoted me Invoice minus $2000 loyalty credit on a 2020 M340 which is now in production. When I mentioned to him that I heard BMW was offering a $1000 credit on the lease of a 2020M340 during the month of April, he now says that the initial offer only applied to me financing the car. In fact we never discussed whether I was going to finance or lease. He is actually being a real jerk about it. Thing is we have communicated solely by email and I have all the email communications. I simply want the price he quoted and the BMW April lease promotion.

In my region (DC/MD/VA)

- $2000 loyalty credit

AND you can combine with one of the following

- $1000 lease credit
- $1750 financing credit

Financing is starting to look good compared to leasing. Taxes are a wash in Virginia because we pay the full amount whether we lease or buy. Remember that there is an extra $1000 charge for the lease acquisition fee. So the net incentives are:

Financing — $3750, 2.9% APR 60 mos

Lease — $2000, 4.25% APR (0.00177 MF)

All, I am new to buying new (lease/finance). I qualify for the Corp sales discount, but wouldn't be return BMW buyer.

Is it standard to get these discounts such as Corp/Return buyer off of Invoice Price? I always thought it was MSRP?

Did they reduce MF from .00188 -> .00177 for April? This is the first I've heard of that.

April MF is the same as it was in March at 0.00177.

The dealer is allowed to mark it up by as much as 0.00040. I don't know if there are also regional differences in the MF.

IMO, the best approach is to negotiate the finance rates first, then negotiate a percentage off of MSRP before incentives are applied.
