Exclamation Driver's side seat heater sometimes won't turn on

Sometimes when I click the driver's side seat heater button, it will just briefly flash the 3 red lights and then turn off. Eventually I am able to turn it on, but maybe after dozens of clicks over the course of 5-10 minutes... what gives!?

That's wired, I recommend take your car to dealership, and let them figure it out.

It sounds like it's shutting off due to short circuit protection

Had the same issue. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the seat heater. Works perfect now.

Good call my dude, whenever I have this issue I just lift my ass off the seat and I am able to turn it on

I recommend getting it replaced, there's a (very small) possibility that it overheats/melts some other wiring
