The M550i in this video is also not a 2020 or 2021. If they had raced against one with the HP added in model year 2020, the results of this video might be a bit different.

Video looks like some super shitty street races where driver and road conditions matter more than the car. They are also super short races which favor the G20. The RWD cars either spun horribly off the line, or didn't even launch the roads were so bad.

I love my G20 and expect it to perform well, but these races just look like garbage. Add in the horrendous music at the start and this video becomes a nice dumpster fire.

i think we all know by now this car is aggressively geared to hit ~90mph/150kph from a stop about as fast any any other fast car you can think of until you start getting into high end sports cars and exotics. it doesn't have the same top end as the cars it raced so a rolling race would be different for sure. i'm not sure where the controversy is. it is what it is
