Apple CarPlay on US spec G20 in Europe

Hi. I have a question regarding the apple carplay in G20. I am planning to buy a US spec G20 330i model year 2021-06 in Europe (Lithuania). The buyer and also according to photos of the interior states that the Apple CarPlay do work on the car. But in forums I have found that ConnectedDrive is limited up to 3 years from car registration, does it mean that in 2024-06 the car will lose CarPlay and other apps? Plus as I know there won't be any way do download it since the car is from US?

I am living in a country that ConnectedDrive doesn’t work due to sim restrictions by default when you purchase the car however Apple Car Play works without any issue.

Are there any inconveniences with not having CD? The car is with Driving Assistant Professional, will there be any assits that will not work without CD?
