LCI Dash Trim Piece Removal/Replacement?

I got a 2024 with the black trim -- while it looks pretty good, I'm a carbon junkie and bought carbon trim to replace everthing.

While I know how to replace most of the trim, does anyone know how to get that long center dash trim piece out? Just pops out with a trim too, and you have room to remove it without interfering with the screens? I don't want to try anything, without being sure.

I haven't been able to find any LCI DIY videos on the dash trim removal.

Hope you all are having a good weekend. Cheers.

BMW shows the screen removed in order to change that trim piece. I'm sure you don't have to entirely remove it.

Thanks so much. May I ask where you found those diagrams? Can you share the source please?

Thanks man...just want this to be a DIY project and it would be great to find the detailed instructions on display removal, so I don't have to pay someone to do it.

Car platform is too new, as I haven't found any DIY video's for this. I've found a couple (like Kies) who have removed the display and dash in a G87 M2 build, but they don't detail the steps to removal.

Have any leads on that, by chance? Thanks again.
