Best Ceramic Coating Brand?

I am looking for a detailing company to ceramic coat my g20 and was wondering if there is a consensus on the best ceramic coating brand that a detailer should use. TIA

There are so many great brands now available for consumers. It’s more likely you’ll pick up a high quality consumer grade coating. Carpro, Gyeon, DIY, Gtechniq. The list goes on and on. I’d recommend viewing some YouTube on different coating characteristics and ease of application. That way you can decide which coating is best for you.

Second this. If there's a detailer you're leaning towards ask them what their coating of choice is and we can let you know if it's a good one. If you're doing it yourself there a lot of good diy brands as well. Make sure you understand proper maintenance and the realities of a coating as well.

I have Ceramic Pro on my G37. It’s been fantastic. Did a 5 year and I get it inspected/refreshed once a year.

Coatings

https://www.titan-coatings.com

Next generation coatings go beyond ceramic. Titan has some "self healing" coatings that are amazing. I have their Pyro on my wheels and its performing amazing. Keeps dirt and brake dust from sticking and allows me to clean wheels with just soap and water. hard to find detailers using this product, but definitely worth a look.

Personally never heard of them, but I’d recommend checking out real life feedback on YouTube from pro’s or diy’ers.
One thing to note is estimated life span of coating. Personally, I would not go through the coating preparation process for a coating that is rated to last 1-3 years. I only look for 5+ years of protection. Prepping the car is fun, but is time consuming.

First time ceramic coat user so I have no experience with any other brand -- My installer recommended Feynlab (he is also authorized for XPEL) and I figured "why not" for my i4 and the M850i. He used Feynlab Heal Lite. Applied 18 months ago for both cars and the coating is still going strong with all the heavy rain California has been having the past few weeks. Haven't really noticed any decrease in the hydrophobic effect. I am happy with it so far and I haven't touched up anything. Both cars are garage kept and I hand wash every month or so. 15K miles on one and about 6K on the other.

I had Xpel Fusion Plus applied to both BMW's after paint correction + Xpel 10mm full PPF as that is what my local expert Blackout Tinting uses

4yr warranty & I go in 1X every yr for inspection/touchup if needed

My recommendation is to worry about finding the best detailer as opposed to the "best" coating. A subpar detailer can be applying a high end coating and mess it up. Finding the best detailer will make sure you get the best outcome on the coating that is applied.

My car has Modesta on it which is considered one of the premium coatings, but the brand really didn't matter to me. I went to the very best detailer in my state and Modesta just happened to be what he used. I also knew he would stand behind any issues with the coating.
