Note that the 330i ZHP sedan with 6MT and slicktop was 3370lbs.

Also the next generation, E90, 2006 330i with 6MT and sunroof was 3450 lbs. It did 0-60 in 5.6 and 1/4 mile in 14.3@98mph.

I no longer have my E46 brochures so I would take your words for it. I probably should have gotten the ZHP on my M54 5MT too.
