2021 or 22 M340ix G20
Hey all,
I haven't seen much about this so I figured I'd ask (unless I'm a newbie and didn't see), should I go about trying to snag one of the last 2021 M340ix coming in, that have compromised specs due to shortage, or wait for a 2022. A dealer offered me a 2021 he had coming in for 8.5% off MSRP ($61,170), equivalent to $56,000. I unfortunately passed thinking it was a little high but later realized it was perfect to take. I'm currently waiting on him to get back to me on 2022 pricing information. I've called a good amount of dealers for 2021's and a lot still are to reply (which I do not think they will since they forget about calls half the time). Will 2022 with similar MSRP come close to the deal I was offered? I'm honestly fine with any car that has any wheels except the standard ones. However, 2022 has specs that I really prefer (i.e HK audio, mocha interior). Maybe this is just an answer for me to decide, but I'd appreciate any input. P.s I've been in love with this car since I first saw it in Jan 2021 (back when deals were good yet I'm very impatient ) Thank you all! |

I'd take what you can get. I'm not so sure that things will "return to normal". Countries around the world are locking or restricting stuff again with the "Delta variant". Cost of goods is going up across the board. Lots of demand with too few goods. Labor prices going up as we strive to pay a living wage. Inflationary spirals are never good.
If you find what you want (or close to it), jump on it. |
