2021 M340i "mild hybrid" w/AA Catted Downpipe?

Has anyone put the Active Autowerke catted downpipe on the model year 2021 M340i that has the "mild hybrid" system? I know the 2021's by default have a much quieter exhaust than the 2020's. I saw the 2020 video on the AA downpipe thread, but wondering if anyone here has experience with the DP (sound and performance) on a 2021 specifically.

The exhaust is the same on the 2021 vs 2020/2019 it just doesn't have the loud pops.

I just installed my AA catted down pipe on my 21 m340i which has the mild hybrid system. Will try and get a video but as for sound, no drone inside cabin, slightly louder cold starts. Sounds similar to stock until you get on it. Performance wise, butt dyno confirms gains were made.

if gassed to 4 k rpms and then let off the gas pedal.

Putting the downpipe on the MY21's just amplifies what pops BMW left us

, you wont get the same pops as MY19/20s

I just installed the catted AA on my ‘21 M340i Xdrive “mild hybrid”. I have before and after videos. But, the files are too large to attach. They’d be too big even if I clip it down to half the video. Anyone have a solution for that other than creating a URL to another site?

Sounds noticeably fruitier. Is that a standard MY21 apart from the new down pipe?

+1 Though I have the ‘21 with MPE + AA catted DP, I find that the characteristics of the MPE sound remains - the DP just amplified it. I love it - though my neighbors may say otherwise whenever I do a cold start in my garage

Thanks that worked that time! Sounds like even with the 21 you do get some minor overrun and burble with the catted DP. Exactly what I was looking for!

You do indeed. You even get it on downshifts in sport mode or when letting off exhaust.

Any problems with the sensors or throwing codes with a catted down pipe (likely O2 I'd assume)? A little more sound and performance sounds awesome, but constantly dealing with a code sounds like a pain.
