Screw in RFT, any chance of repair ?

Was going out for a drive and tpms warning check up and found a big screw embedded on the right front tire, is there any hopes of repair ? Looks too close to the sidewall, another thing is my lease is ending Sept next year, if the tire needs replacement what should I do, get a brand new one or getting a used one is possible ?

Also what are some good store to get the tires and typically how much should I expect to pay in labor to get it replaced, and does the tire shop usually dispose off the old tire (do they charge extra for disposal ? )

Tire is
CINTURATO P7 ALL SEASON

Personally, I'd use a DIY plug kit on that. I've had similar incidents in the same location, and plugged them up with zero issues. YMMV.

Search your area for a shop that deals with Pirelli , I've had multiple Bridgestone RFTs patched at Bridgestone dealers with excellent results

Although that's really close to the sidewall

They will need to dismount the tire if it is repairable

Update:

Showed at 4 local shops, everyone said its too close to sidewall to repair.

Measured the depth and it came at 8/32, was able to ordered a used one with same depth at utires (confirmed that used tire didn't had any repairs done on it).
