Stop sale for radio knobs?

Waiting for an M340 and the dealer is telling me about a stop sale for radio knobs. Anybody know anything? Thanks

I think you may need a new dealer who can understand the stop orders.

was wondering the same thing, went from picking up the car this weekend to 'I don't know when it's coming'

My understanding is it has something to do with the Bluetooth module. Last I heard, "we are still working on a resolution."

Interesting. Honestly getting less and less excited about picking up a car made right now

Bluetooth audio reciever is what I'm told. And they are waiting on BMW to release the code and reprogram it.

My dealer said possibly not until the end of July

Anyone actually received their vehicle that was being held at the port yet?

Mine has been sitting for 3 weeks since I was informed they have fix on the way to the port.

Was due for delivery yesterday at the dealer but still have a stop sale active for the camera retrofits. No ETA and my CA told me someone who ordered an M5 has been waiting since early June for the same thing. At this point not so much excited for getting a new car and more, can I just get my car please?

So the latest news as of Friday last week is that, somehow, the module they shipped to the ports DIDN'T INCLUDE THE FUCKING BOLTS...

BMW does not invoice the vehicles until its delivered to the dealer, unlike some other manufacturer who invoice thier vehicles sooner. So contracting the vehicle and getting a loaner isn't an option either.

the one i was supposed to get took about three weeks to get to the dealer, but by that time I lost all excitement and decided just to buy my car even with it being unideal financially. it's a car that works that I i like. Hearing stuff like lack of bolts etc seems like an unideal time for a new car. I wish you guys the best of luck with yours of course

According to the g80 forums, Vpc for Oxnard had emailed a salesmen regarding the camera retrofits and was told they are still waiting on more camera kits for the campaign with no ETA at the moment.

Guess I'll be without a car for while lol.

Any update on this? My car arrived in port at Hueneme this morning and when I called the Genius this afternoon they said it had already gone through the VPC and been assigned to a carrier for a dealer delivery date next week.

Did you option for the parking assistance package? If you didn't, that's probably why you had a quick pass through the vpc. If you did, well I honestly don't know.

Was just told the car was released to carrier. Gonna call my CA when he gets in today for exact eta.
