It's a special edition in Taiwan for G21/G20 330i which will be manufactured in 2021. Only cognac and black are available.

These are an option in the UK but if you use the configuration tool on the bmw site - you can't seem to pick the seat with the extended merino leather.... can anyone confirm this is the case ?

Its the same as the X5 too. selection of M Multifunction seats are only available in Vernasca leather. Annoying as it appears all other european markets can select Merino M Seats

Which is weird seeing as they are being built in the same factory for most of the European markets - not as if bmw has a specific UK build line in the factory!

Looking at a proposed X5 purchase I also wanted to spec black gloss 742M alloy wheels which again are available in europe and other markets but not the UK
My BMW dealer when questioned replied that BMW stated "due to black wheels not being approved to use in the UK market"......you couldnt make it up!

After having to cancel my X5 order I have considered purchasing a 2022 LCI X3 M40d with M Sport Seats. Unfortunately, the U.K. configurator has no option to spec M Sport seats with adjustable seat width, which pi$$es me off as the seat width adjustment is available on the M Sport seats in the G20/G21 which are identical to those fitted in the X3
