"No Audi Source Available"

I don't know what happened to my car. The second I turned on the car my sister called me and i didnt pick up since I was in the garage. After it stopped ringing I tried to put some music on and it was playing the song but there's no volume and when I try to adjust it, it keeps saying "no audio source available".

I tried every audio source (AM/FM radio, Bluetooth) and the same thing on those sources as well.

Any idea how I can fix this?

This is a well documented issue with some of the older iDrive versions. It is intermittent after using your phone.

An update will fix this. What version are you running?
