For all you NJ Glovis Superior riders, I spoke with the Genius today and he gave me a port arrival eta of 3/12 - or a week later of the original eta of 3/5

I can't believe this, maybe if this stupid ship wasn't traveling at the speed of a cruise liner filled with useless boomers we wouldn't be having this issue. We have more luck getting a new round of stimulus checks before this ship arrives.

I figured that was the case. Seems like the boat is intentionally going very slow. Wondering if the ports are too congested. On the positive side, that's another week without a car payment for me

This was the single most disappointing part of my cars journey from Mexico. They already went past Jacksonville, why go back? Won't be too much longer.

Hmm...I wonder. My car is estimated to arrive at the dealership tomorrow, and while trying to find information as to where the carrier is, I stumbled to find my car listed on the dealer website. Does this mean that it arrived today?

Yes, hopefully. What was your experience like? How many days elapsed between the Jacksonville stop and arrival at Baltimore port?

It was fast. I think it was less than 2 days to Baltimore. My ship left Jacksonville on 10/29 and it was off-loaded and at the VPC in Baltimore by 11/2.

For PDC delivery, i thought the ship would stop by Charleston, SC after the Brunswick stop right? Or it goes from Brunswick to Charleston VPC on trucks?
Kinda of odd it went from Brunswick to Jacksonville. |

I remember Charleston but this thread is missing posts from about August to December so couldn't verify. I am reasonably sure my ship went from Charleston to Brunswick to Jacksonville and then directly to Baltimore. The schedule I posted a link to, which is really a high level suggestion, just had Brunswick/Jacksonville/Baltimore/Newark. I didn't know that Charleston had a VPC? I only know of 4 - Newark, Baltimore, Galveston and Oxnard.

Weird that it would show up on your dealers website. Did the Genius line tell you it was at the VPC or your dealer? I did not find the dealer to be motivated enough to give me much information.

Seems very weird the ship would go up and down the cost line instead of getting to Baltimore at the first place. |

The Genius is the one who told that it was still at VPC. Hopefully, It leaves VPC today - I will call the Genius line later today and check if it left or not.
