Post BMW 320d (G20) not receiving 2020 update

Hey all,
I'm pretty new to bimmerpost so correct me if I'm doing this wrong please!

I have a 2020 BMW 320d M Sport G20 (build date Feb 2019) but I do not have the 2020 iDrive 7 software update I've seen a few people have.
Just curious to see the reason for this. I'm assuming there isn't anymore software upgrades as the 320d line is discontinued, moving forward with emission standards in Europe but if anyone knows why OR can help with a solution or possible solution, that would be great!

Have you gone onto the iDrive settings under Car -> Settings -> Remote Software Upgrade (near the bottom iirc)? It initiates a manual check for any available updates, which might get you onto the latest (or you might need to repeat it after the update to check again).

Yeah I've done the manual remote software update check and it says I'm all up to date with the 2019 version.

If all else fails, see if your dealer will. From what I've heard if you say you tried everything and can't get it to work they should update it to latest for free.
