Remote 3D View Not Working
Hey, does Remote 3D View not work for anyone? Mine hasn’t been working for over 2 weeks and it always has one of 2 problems:
1. No data connection 2. Remote 3D View is blocked by another function This feature used to work perfectly fine and it’s strange because all of my other ConnectedDrive functions work. |

I'm having an issue with 3D, but it seems a little more complicated than this. Perhaps someone can help...
2020 M340i. Every package needed for 3D view capability (executive), but when I go into the app, there's no option for it whatsoever. It's just blank. Anyone else experience this? |

Sure thing...
I circled where I should be seeing the option for 3D. It's as if it doesn't exist. Checked my VIN and sticker: I have the right packages for the feature. |

In your car, make sure you're signed into ConnectedDrive and currently have a driver profile selected. Then go to Car > Settings > General Settings > Data Privacy and make sure that you are allowing data usage for all services, or for your preferred services (one of which is Remote 3D View). After you have enabled Data Privacy settings, you may have to log out of your ConnectedDrive app, delete it, reinstall, and then log in again. Then see if Remote 3D View shows up in the app. Hope that works! |
