Hi everyone, had my G20 320d for 4 months now and I absolutely love it, better in every way than the previous 3 series!

Every way except when I refuel it, pull the handle all the way up on the pump and the fuel clicks off?!

Happens at Tesco (took me 5 minutes to put 2lt in), I can manage it at Sainsburys but only because there is a notch before pulling the handle all the way that I can hold it at!

Any thoughts? It's a company car that goes back in 2 months but just figure not looking into it is a bit jack?

Happens in my C220d as well sometimes. Usually at Tesco as well! Just pull the pump out by about half an inch and it’ll work no problem... does for me anyway.

I find this at Tesco too, also have a 320d, I find if I pull the hose out 1 inch so it locks on the next rivet of the metal of the nozzle it fills up fine. The nozzle is at a different angle in the tank exit in that position and only cuts out when full.

Gets me every time but only takes a second to get the flow going again.

I have this problem too but only when the pistol has visible signs of abuse/wear or at one place modifications.

Same here... always the same pump when it happens...
