M340d Stolen - Build dates for new.
Hi,
M340d LCI 2023 was stolen earlier this month. Insurance company are sourcing me a new model from Williams BMW and initially quoting 3 to 4 months delivery. Does anyone know the current build time for a M340d Touring? Skyscraper Grey Towbar Tech Pack Comfort Pack Plus M Sport Seats Black Gloss Wheels Any feedback appreciated, can't wait to get one back. |

speak to tony.lewis@berrybmw.co.uk he has sorted out a lot of people on this forum, me included. His prices are way better than Williams (I know as they both quoted) and he often has more build slots available.

Nightmare - I’ve toyed with the idea of an immobiliser like a Ghost Autowatch, but then they’ll just beat the code out of you.

Most car thieves are looking for an easy take. Not trouble. I deterred some last year who were trying to steal my neighbours car by turning my bedroom light on.
My solution is a steering wheel lock and wheel clamp. Intention is to signal to them that it won't be as easy as they think. Keys are kept with a grumpy veteran. |
