Hi All

Can anyone help me get my sat nav favourites list back in my I drive sat nav?

I had about 15 destinations listed and they all dissapeared as of last week and I can't find them or set them back up.

I keep re sending them to the car from my BMW app but to no avail. If I go into my received desinations, most of them are already in there, If I highlight them to try and add to favourites, it states thay are already in my favourites?

Have you tried rebooting iDrive? Press and hold the volume/power button on the centre console for about 30 seconds.

3rd attempt at resetting and they've come back.
