Just finished installing my new spoiler on 2023 330e G20 LCI. Bought it from eBay for around $72 and put it on my own. I’ve watched a couple of YouTube videos and thought it was gonna be easy.
I had the stock spoiler and had to remove it, which was not that bad with a $3 fishing line. But the old 3m adhesive was so hard to remove. It takes time, but it’s not impossible. Didn't have the 3m roll remover so I tried out the 3m adhesive remover (spray). which works perfectly with a little bit of patience. After all, I just wanted to share my experience replacing the spoiler on my own. |

Using a heat gun works well in aiding to remove leftover residue.
Also, it’s 3M (not m3).

I didn't try the spray, but the adhesive removing wheel works wonders.
