On a coupe you can only get 225, which is bizarre for a 4k lbs vehicle with an m badge. Alpina come with 255. BMW is deliberately handicapping performance, and I don't like this approach. m440 has to compete not only with m4 but also Alpina, which is now owned by BMW. They shouldn't have bought Alpina but rather focus on making BMW better. They've created competition within their own brand.

Wonder if I can switch to that 245/255 setup on my 2020 M340 Never mind, I looked it up, looks iike in order to go 245/40 front, they are forced to do 255/40 rear, which is taller than the 255/35 we’re used to seeing. Not sure I’d want a 40 profile tire in the rear, although this setup would be more balanced and have less under steer for sure. |

BFE... Is middle of nowhere on a deserted country road with no other light source or cars. 80% of use case I don't think these will ever turn on. I have then and have yet to get them to engage and likely wont- major metro here. The high beams will but lasers no. Also I believe that the other factor was certification of lasers was costly. |

advanced matrix lights but the ruling still hasn't been done. At least we may be able to get OEM Euro standard smart tunneling headlights in the next decade haha. By then the tech will have moved on to laser matrix neo trinity lighting. |
