CA means BMW Client Advisor, there are a few on this forum and some reputable dealers on here as well(one mentioned earlier). They pretty much know and understand the deal you are looking for and will help you achieve.

A good deal would be: 10% off MSRP(before incentives), No Money Down, Base Money Factor, Maximum MSDs (if available). If you do a little bit of searching on this forum all this information should be available and give you an idea what the standard rates are.

Keep in mind some states only charge tax on the lease payment itself while some charge on the purchase price. That will greatly affect your payment compared to others.

As other have said, aim for 10% off msrp before any incentives you qualify for. Also check if you can do MSD that will further lower your payment. Get as close to the base money factor as you can.

That's still a terrible deal

Just use the 1% rule. If you're paying around that you're not getting ripped off. You can always find better deals but you will probably have to make compromises on options or color, which you may not want to.

To negotiate a good lease, first work down the price of the car from MSRP (I would shoot for at least 10%), then add any incentives, make sure you're getting base money factor (depending on credit), then buy MSDs. You'll get a good deal.

So everyone is still saying that $599 a month for a 330i with msrp of $48700 is a bad deal, so for those with a 330i what is your lease payment?

Remember this is $599 with me putting 0 down and taxes included in the payment.

Looking at it I dont see how it's a bad deal. Everything is included in the payment and he gave me $4k off msrp which is almost 10%. I also dont get the 2k loyalty incentive bc this is my first bmw.

Frankly, if you're comfortable with the payment and it's the car you want, go for it. Sure, some people here are getting more off, but there's other factors that go into that. At the end of the day, you're not paying MSRP, so go for it. It's your car!
