30k maintenance for m340i. Also any good SoCal shops ?

I am at 29400 miles. Today was hers 3rd birthday. Just got the 3rd free last oil change etc.

They called me for 3 recommended out of pocket service items
• Fuel service
• differential service
• alignment

I never done alignment so I may need that considering I am at 30k miles ? What are fuel and differential services ? Online info is mixed with these some say important to do differential service every 20k miles some say 40k miles. But I am a bit confused for these

Also are you guys taking them to dealers or any good reputable
BMW shops in the SoCal ?

I'd look in the owners manual to see if any of that is actually recommended at 30k miles, and then not do any of the above.

I’m at almost 44,000 miles and my dealer hasn’t recommended any of those services, only oil changes.

To OP, I think dealer fuel service usually just means adding techron additives to gas tank, that is a simple DIY.

M340i has a M sport diff but there appears to be no recommended maintenance schedule on it.

Alignment usually is recommended when new tires are installed, but even that is optional assuming your car tracks straight, and the tires do not show signs of uneven wear.

In regard to tire wear, my G20 330i has negative camber at rear, and I do push at curves, so rear inside edge and front outside edge wear fast.
