I like the pathway lighting feature on the x5. I think my g20 loaner had it too but I didn't have it long enough to really explore it.

This occurred near the beginning of your career, when your compensation was lower, and when these disparities are more likely to exist, and are easier for an employer to rectify. Or... You were essential to things operating smoothly, and losing you would have led to severe set backs. In this case, your employer was taking an unnecessary risk by under paying you in the first place. Compensation information per position, and region is readily available, so an experienced professional generally knows how they should be compensated. As such, they would either not take a low ball offer to begin with, or take the job as a stepping stone and move on when, inevitably, a better opportunity arises. Whatever your circumstances, congrats on stepping up and getting the pay you deserved. These types of scenarios don't always end well. |

If you don't get the power trunk option, does it still pop open fully when it's unlatched via remote or kick sensor ?

Yes it does. First time my trunk did this I thought that I had accidentally received the power trunk option. Working the way it does nulls the 'need' for the power option.

If that was addressed to me, I have to confess that I only have 400 miles on my ride and only one time was it nearly dark (base LEDs)... not dark enough to really give an opinion. But I bet that they're gonna be better than the ones on my previous 2017 F31. Those non-adaptive LEDs sucked big time.

I don’t notice any lag. The car is a beast, very quick in sport plus, yet if a cruising in traffic I use eco mode and manage great gas mileage. I’ve got a 50 mile commute each way and getting 30 plus mpg. I’ve got 5100 miles in 3 months.

Would you post detailed pictures of the interior of the trunk? Specifically curious to see how large the indentations are behind the wheel wells. The goal being to learn if we can fit a set of golf clubs across the trunk like we can in the F30.

-Tires with Runflats, or non-runflats were they Michelin Pilot Sport 4S? Reviews have shown those are one of the best performance summer non-runflat tires on 19" -Did the vehicle have M-Adaptive Suspension? Did you try in adaptive mode and other modes? -Sport mode usually is more aggressive in shifting, but in adaptive/comfort mode the gear changes are more fluid, and longer. I have the 330, but believe these components would be the same for M340, only difference m340 has Sport+ mode. |

Also, an M340 is not designed to be a comfortable ride. It still is comfortable enough in "comfort" mode as a daily driver, but unless you happen to be married to a chiropractor, then you shouldn't be driving on Sport+ everyday. If you want more comfort, get a 330. Or even better yet, a 5 series. |
