Was about to wash my car when I saw this and I haven’t hit a curb so I’m not sure why may had happened. Does anyone know where and how I can fix this? Located in OC

There are wheel repair services that straighten wheels and fix curb rash and dings like what is shown in the photo. I'm sure you can find one in your area with a quick web search. Dealers will also offer the service but most just sub out the job to a third party. That's a relatively easy/ quick fix.

Looks like it's just some curb rash. You could take a dremel and sand it lightly to smooth it out and then paint pen for a quick fix. Otherwise probably $100-200 repair professionally. I just curbed mine way worse and was quoted $150 to color match and clear coat or $275 for full wheel refinish/refurb.
