18” Vorsteiners for M340?
I have been searching hard to change my 18x7.5 790 M wheels on my M340Xi.
My current setup is 225/45/18, All seasons Tauranza. I just got the car a couple of months ago so trying to avoid a big $$ investment in a new wheel and tire. I recently came across a staggered set of Volsteiners 18”x8.5 fronts and 18” x 9.5 rear with different offsets. I like the look for the wheel and I think the quality and weight are good. Was thinking for going with an aggressive tire setup of 265 in the back and 235 in the fronts ( will make sure circumference difference is less than 1%) to avoid issues. I thought that the 18” Vorsteiners with the lower profile/ wider tires will result in a better stance than the factory setup and will fill the wheel wells nicely. Depending on what brand tires I go with, I believe it will also help performance and daily driving. Curious if anyone has tried an aggressive 18” staggered setup, most of what I have seen has been 19” setups, lot of great options, but I think the 19 wheels and tires will amount to about $1000 higher cost for me.

Are you familiar with any suppliers in Chicagoland where I can see the wheels in person? I am worried about picking something online and regretting it later.

If your talking about the XO Luxury Phoenix Gunmetal Brushed Face, I don't know anyone that would have them in stock to look at. I have a pretty good relationship with Discount Tire in Lombard IL where I ordered them and had them installed. Has a great clearcoat on them. I was way more impressed seeing them in person than online. From what I understand XO Luxury is owned by TSW and is their higher brand.
