mine one finally ready for transport after seating for 15 days. Per SA, there is a vessel from Port of Lazara Cardenas on 7/18 with ETA Oxnard, CA by 7/24. My car should schedule on that vessel.

Got some bad news today I placed my order for a m340i in the end of May in dravit gray, and today I get a email from my CA that the dravit gray is no longer available ☹️

Yep, I got confirmation that mine is. Won't be getting off until July 21 when Apollon Highway ports at Brunswick.

I spoke to a bmw genius and reading between the lines they basically said because production stopped on my20 in July they not providing the premium paint options for those orders. It is frustrating because I placed my order in May so almost 2 months later and I have no production number no vin number and now my CA isn’t really communicating with me. Smh

Wow. That is a shame. That makes me more thankful that we got our Individual order approved the end of January or first of February….Just sucks it took so damn long.

Hi there. First post here.

We bought a 330i that was already being built at the Mexico factory (it was in "entering assembly line" when we paid the deposit), and we've been tracking it since. After a couple of weeks, it went from "ready for transport" to "in transit" very quickly. It had been "in transit" for 3 weeks or so, and I asked for a status from our dealer. He said it was still on the ship and scheduled to arrive in port yesterday. Today, it went back a step from "in transit" to "at the port", which was odd.

Anyhow, I am now under the assumption that "at the port" means VDC in New Jersey and that it will go back to "in transit" when it's on the truck?

Anyway, we're excited to give it a spin when it gets here, eventually.

It is my understanding that they leave from Veracruz for eastbound cars.

I placed my order last week and my order was received yesterday - currently have build week 37 which is 2nd week of Sept, out of Munich. I'm buying via diplomatic sales so it'll ship to Korea.

Super excited! Hopefully my build week can get moved up, we put in a request today.

Reading through the thread it seems like a lot of folks place their order and their car goes into production the next week... Very surprising!

Sometimes. My original order was placed Jan 31 and was originally supposed to be completed on April 1. But we ordered an Individual Paint car and that is only available in certain build weeks......maybe your diplomatic sales is not only certain weeks and you can get moved up!

Is ordertracking only available for US? Ive ordered a 330e g21 recently and dealer couldnt supply with a tracking tool/site. Claimed that BMW had one but it was so bad they didnt release it... so.. here I am.. all alone in the dark with no status of my order 😭

I heard the plant in Munich is shut down while they retool for the i4 - until Sept 7th. Does this effect g20 production out of Munich?
