Looks like a good deal. What does the $3,500 down include?

Have you considered doing MSD's instead of downpayment? I only ask because typically on a lease a downpayment doesn't offer much benefit financially.

Didn't really consider MSD as wasn't sure how better it would have made the payment etc and didn't want to lock away anymore cash. My down payment portion was less than 2k. After doing a lot of research, it was the lowest drive off and payment option I've seen for the xDrive model. So I signed the deal. Thanks again for the feedback

Haha, anything over 10% off is good, below 10% not good, 12% and above is great. Also, don't forget this all depends on geography, in some places, 10% is the best discount one will get. To get the best discounts one must be willing to shop out of state and or find a volume dealer, shop several dealers etc. Furthermore, just because one guy manages to get x discount from a dealer does not guarantee that the same dealer is willing to offer another customer the same discount. There are countless variables to getting a good/great deal.
