Mac Downloader Problems

Installed Mac downloader to imac. Logged in and downloaded and verified map update. Uploaded the folder to USB 3 64GB flash drive formatted to ExFAT as per instructions. Inserted USB into slot next to cup holders. Nothing happens, according to instructions it should open to map update install. Any ideas ?

Same happened here. I had to manually update using the option in the menus.

I was under impression that the USB in the armrest was the one that Sat Nav checks. I used that one with no issues.

I have a Mac and update maps in the USB near cup holders without any problems so far.

How come OTA is not working for you guys? Or are you wanting to update the rest of Europe? Your default area (U.K. and Ireland) should update OTA and the current release is still 2020-04.
