Hey guys,
A few of you know I've been waiting for my new car to arrive and it did - and has now been to my friends at Autocurators for PPF and ceramic coating after sorting out the factory finish.

Here are a few pictures for those who are interested. I know it won't be to everyone's taste but I think it's come out reasonably well.

Comments welcome, good or bad.
Oh, and it's Peridot Green over Cognac.

You needed to wait for the dandelions to come out before doing the blending in photos

Love the front seats, although I couldn't eat a whole one

I need to find out how you get the front passenger seat belt buckle to stay like that. Mine just rattles against the B pillar
Looking closer is there a seat belt support on those?

Do you have the M seats? Maybe it's just the position of the seat relative to the B pillar? Try moving the seat forward or backward a little.

I'll keep a look out, I'm in Cirencester, but pass through minch occasionally. Nice part of the world and great for pictures

I had a blue 2008 Yamaha R1 bike with gold wheels and loved them on that. I love the green finish of your car but am not completely sure about the (very) gold wheels. I do, however, like the slightly bronze hue of my alloys (which I think would look great with your green paintwork).

How are you finding it compared to the x3? I was tempted by these last time but monthlies just didn't make sense at the time, think for a compared car it was an extra 150 quid a month

You'll see my green G21 or green Chimaera at Tesco Cirencester fairly regularly!

The paint colour and cognac look great together, how are you finding it to drive?

Congratulations

So far very nice, though I've barely covered 100 miles. Very quiet, very comfortable, love the seats, got to get used to the drive 7 (came from 6 in my x3 M40i) and the new live cockpit (which I still think is overly fussy).
Definitely both faster and more economical than the x3 m40i.

And the 48v mild hybrid bit is remarkable, mainly because I haven't felt any need to turn it off! It's that good.

I'm cheating slightly though, car arrived from factory on runflats and I never drove it on those, I put the new wheels with PS4S tyres on before I left the dealership.

Feels exceptionally well put together.
Weirdly I'm looking forward to a decent solo drive on twisty roads in the rain, I suspect it'll start to show it's true talent then.

My 1999 Chimaera 500 in starmist green over biscuit leather - kinda similar to my 340.
