Unfortunately even with the HK system, you have to crank it to 1/2 or even 3/4 volume to get it decently loud. It's super clear and has kind of enough bass, but the volume control is a bit strange.

I’d get mine with:

1. Executive package
2. DAPP
3. HK sound

I remember listening to the HK in a 330i a while back and I didn’t think it was that much of an improvement over the base HiFi system in my car. But I didn’t know it lacked power as well since I have to get the volume to atleast half (on my base system) to listen to music clearly. This is when I miss the B&O in my A4. Leagues apart!

I can't speak for the original poster, but I would rather have 19s over the 20s that came on my Cayman to get just a bit more sidewall compliance. I'm assuming he wants the 18s over 19s for the same reason.

So the HK system is quite a bit better in terms of clarity and even some low end bass. I would definitely not buy a G20 without it. I had the B&O system in my B9 S4 and S5 and although it was more immersive (more speakers, and speakers on the pillars which gave it the surround feel) it wasn't all that much different to be honest. The B&O system is MAYBE ever so slightly better than the HK but not by much. And I've found that I can listen to deeper bass at higher volumes with the HK system without rattling every door and speaker grille...something I can't say about my experience with the S4/S5 B&O system.

I agree with that. The ONLY thing I hated about the B&O was how the door pads and grills rattled when the bass went low. But otherwise, I loved it (when I set it as per my wish and the type of
songs I listened to). In the G20 with base system, it isn’t too bad either. The bass is much better than my Audi but that’s about it. Same in the G20 with HK I listened to. But that’s just me.

I bought my car off the lot. If I were to custom order, I would add:
-Dravit Grey
-Cognac interior
-Executive Package for the laser lights
-792 wheels

I ordered mine exactly how I wanted it and no regrets! Every option ticked except for the high performance cooling package (or whatever its called). But sometimes I wish I had ordered X-drive for that extra off-the-line grip and also to take the car to the snow

turn off the "intervention" button on the IDrive controls for lane departure warning. It will still warn you but it won't ping pong any more.

Same here, my car came from TX so I wouldn't have thought they'd order the cars with all seasons. In South Florida I don't need all seasons, so i plan to swap them out later this year for MPS-4S.

Yeah I don't know why Audi couldn't fix some of those damn rattles in an otherwise pretty solid feeling car.

Wouldn't have configured the drive recorder as part of the build and instead ordered it through the ConnectedDrive store after delivery - ends up being cheaper, especially if you only get it for 3 years

I've replaced my rears to a wider oem set up. Really stupid that I have to waste extra money.

I custom ordered mine and after 4 months of ownership, I would not change a thing including the 18" non-runflat, square all season tires. -In fact wheels / tires are my fav part of the car. This is my daily driver.

In the winter time Seattle gets tons of rain and very limited day light. There are giant pot holes everywhere that appear overnight and I would of already bent a rim or blew out couple of tires already nothing but for looks. I leave the house in the dark and come home when it is dark. Applause to BMW for giving us the non-runflat option + a spare tire.

Having said all of that, I have my eye on a set of 794M wheels for summer use only :-)

Prefer 18s to 19s I think they are the sweet spot when it comes to sportiness and comfort.

19 the side wall is just too thin

I'd drop wireless charging.

I'd add the adaptive M suspension

Same here. Didn't want the expense and hassle of buying a separate set of winter tires so I got the All Seasons. But now I'm looking back and think I should have just gotten the performance tires for the staggered setup and gotten that extra pair of winters. Anytime I look at the car from behind I notice how narrow the rear tires are.

Anyone know why they couldn't just make the all seasons staggered as well? Just seems stupid.
