Audio Issue

Recently my 2020 M340i has been having audio issues with the driver underseat (stealth) woofer. It almost sounds like it’s blown but lately I haven’t played any music loudly, just been listening to podcasts. I’m not technical with audio systems so I wanted to see if anyone has had/is having the same issue. I would greatly appreciate the help, it
sucks listening to music and the bass under my seat is raddly.
