Service history

Just cross-posting this here as it’s all UK based people - anyone noticed their retailer code has disappeared on the iDrive service history? Or am I going mad? I’m on the latest OTA update, so not sure if that’s caused it or what

Both PDI and first service were done at BMW dealers, the brake fluid was done at a BMW specialist independent.

Mine still seem to be there. Also on 11/2023.

Cheers mate - wonder what’s happened to mine then?! I’ve messaged the garage to ask but they seem to think mine is as it should be.

It also looks like it’s lost bits in the service menu for service requirements too - I’m sure it displays when brake pads etc are due mileage wise?

Mine has this... but not brake pads. Not that I can see anyway.

I had a message back from the garage saying all they do is update the server and it downloads onto the idrive, so something has gone awry with that maybe. It’ll be going in for its major service soon which will be at the main dealer, so hopefully they can sort it.

I’ve had this as well.

Went back to the dealer and they uploaded the history again but no change. They then went and checked three other cars that were in the workshop and all three had the same issue of not displaying the dealer ID.

Hopefully the next service will pull the info through.

Not sure if it is related but mine did it after the cars MOT where they updated the service history. It was the same week you had your brake fluid service.

Possibly a bug in the system over that period.

Be good to let me know if its updated when you have your next service : )

Yes full BMW main dealer history not sure when it lost the codes as i obviously don't check the service history page that often

Not sure exactly, a week perhaps? It was after seeing this thread that I checked and saw mine were gone too but looking the other day they were back.
