To add to this, I will say that mine has the adaptive suspension and I honestly can't feel a difference in the suspension when switching from comfort to sport etc. And im the obsessive type that notices EVERYTHING

I come from an f30 without adaptive suspension.

As another poster has stated, road quality makes a difference to how much you feel the changes. Better the surfaces, the less you will feel the change on switching.

On my roads, with imperfections, undulations and a lot of bends, it is very noticeable, running the same stretch and changing modes. Passengers feel it as well.

If you're in comfort mode and switch to Sport+ the transmission will immediately downshift to keep the engine RPM around 2k for better throttle response. This will almost always result in slight jerking as you get additional engine braking from the slightly higher revs.

If the jerking sensation is not related to the downshift you get from switching to sport mode you should raise the issue with your dealer, especially if it's happening while parked I'm not sure what would cause that.
