Curious to know if anyone has installed a set of two-piece rotors on the M340i? And if so, please provide the specifications and details.

To be honest I have not looked in quite some time. Eventually a company will design and manufacturer a set but it might be another year or so.

I am planning to retofit the F90 M5 brakes which are 2 piece and have 6 piston fronts.

Have you verified the fitment to be plug and play??

brackets front and rear are needed. rotors should work fine but will not have set screw lined up but this is not a huge deal.

Right now I am just trying to work out if they will clear a 19" wheel.

I've also heard the rotors from a F97 X3M will install with no issues other than the set screw alignment.

I have 20" wheels so the larger calipers will not be an issue, but again this does not help you with the verification with 19" wheels

yea just trying to retain as much ride quality and lower weight.

Suspension and tires will have the largest impact on ride quality; most aftermarket wheels weigh less than OEM.

Appreciate the link. Actually, I'll be upgrading my front brakes here in the near future to an entirely different setup. I will draft a new thread with all details after the installation is complete.
