Hi Friends, question for you all? My 340i has about 388 miles on it so far. I have noticed that the small square interior temperature screen that sits just above the silver climate control buttons seems to have some scratches and finger oil from the dealership. Has any of your deliveries had that issue and how did you remedy it? Have you used a fine plastic polish to take care of it? I just don't know how that BMW screen will react to a soft polish like Novus 1 plastic clean and shine. Why can't the dealer just leave the protective plastic on until after delivery. Any advice would be great thanks.

Sorry, mine didn’t have any scratches. The dealer left the plastic film on and I took it off myself.

Isn't that weird? My car is in winter storage right now. So my plan is to ride up to the dealer early spring and bring it too their attention. I'm assuming they will just blow me off. My hope is, they would provide good customer service and they'll take care of it by replacement. I'll keep you posted.
