Will this wheel and tire setup work or it'll throw off the xdrive system ? I see a lot of people running 235/265 or 245/275 that's why I'm asking... thank you

That would not be a good match as its 1.65% difference in rolling circumference so even when you are going straight the clutches in the transfer box would have to compensate for the difference.
235 35 19 and 275 30 19 would give a difference of 0.08% which is as good as you will get with a staggered set. Use one of the many online tools to mix and match sizes that 1) will fit in the arches 2) won't be too difficult / expensive to replace as the tread depths also need to be kept similar to avoid different rolling circumferences so you need to think carefully before replacing just one tyre if say you get a blow out. https://www.errolstyres.co.za/odcalculator See my post in the link below for the official BMW statement on the allowable tolerance....... you won't find it anywhere in the literature when you buy an X-Drive! https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...1142647&page=2
