Wondering if there's any RoRo ship friends on here ?

Week 1 build (4th Jan).

Currently at Order Status 9000.

Be great to see who gets their cars !

Thanks David, it did after 24 hours after it had been built, haven't tried the other sites since but wasn't working at the time,

Yep 9000 too, assume they are sat in a carpark somewhere waiting to be collected, what's your ETA to dealer?

So your next challenge will be to work out which boat you're on and then track it across the North Sea (or Channel for southern dealers).

How did you find that? I had to wait until mine was At Sea to work out which boat it was on, as neither Genius nor dealer could tell me.

I am not but its the only one scheduled to arrive in my timeframe, dont rely on me though 5 minutes ago I thought RoRo was short for Row Row

It depends. A lot of the cars (all the Dingolfing ones I think - davidoff86 will know) go from Cuxhaven rather than Bremerhaven.

I didn't know BMW used Stena Glovis and tbh I'm not sure I'd want my car on one of their ships...

You may get a pleasant surprise like I did last June, car was supposed to be just clearing German Customs and in fact was being unloaded at Southampton having been put on an earlier car carrier!

Certainly I am not sure, never followed any my cars this closely so all new to me, been told probably Southampton and from my very limited knowledge that being none 10 minutes ago, based on your info could move tomorrow.... David please inform me

Last night I was still at 9000, assume my car is not on that boat, whats your ETA to the dealer?

Edit: Just checked still 9000 so I have missed that boat

Interesting. I was under the impression that BMW only use UECC and DFDS, but as with all things it's entirely possible I'm mistaken
