Do not order anything from AutoModz.ca. You won't get your items and they won't refund you. I ordered $700 worth of stuff from them on November 26th. And then zero communication from them after that. Finally, after DMing their IG multiple times and commenting on their posts I got a response and they said it’s going to be shipped at the end of the week in mid-December. Well, it’s been almost two months and I finally got a tracking number on January 6th. I figured something was wrong because UPS said the package was only 1 lb. Well, I get the order delivered today and there’s only one item in the order. In the email, they sent it said all items were shipped in the order. They sent just one item. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Opening a PayPal claim now. But just an FYI for anyone going to order from them. I have now seen multiple people post that automodz won't refund them even though they want to cancel the order. And on their IG they keep deleting all the comments of people saying they have not received their order.

I too had a terrible experience with Automodz.ca, eventually after 4 weeks I managed to get a full refund. Same story with CarbonCarz.uk, avoid both of these companies like the plague!

Update on this: I got 1 of the 3 items in early January so I opened a PayPal case. But automodz replied to it saying they shipped all my stuff but tried to refund me for just one item. So I denied it since I am missing two items. However, Because there is a tracking number from the one item they shipped, Paypal is now siding with them....

Paid it through PayPal credit. I buy all car parts on paypal credit because of the 6 months 0% APR.

Same thing happened with my order from automodz. Confirmed they did not have the diffuser I ordered in stock and offered a different style or refund by end of the week. I asked for a refund and all communications dropped afterward. Opened a case with my bank and provided the conversation with them in order to dispute the charge and have received a provisional credit.

DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOMODZ!!!

Can you still pull up the UPS notice about the 1lb. box? How would PayPal respond to that?

I did take a screenshot of it for proof. I have submitted a lot of proof to PayPal so they reopened the case. We will see what happens now. I don't even want the stuff because I ordered the same parts from other places.

These guys are crooks! I bought a spoiler and front lip last year. I got the Spoiler after 2 months of being ignored. Never got the $700 front lip, they claimed it was received but i had email backups. Claimed with my credit card company and they got my money back.

Way too many people saying they are not getting their items. Automodz keeps deleting everyone's comments on their IG page. And now on their new posts, they disabled comments so people can't see them.

Update: Thank you to PayPal for getting my money back after opening a case more than 3 weeks ago. Automodz replied they sent all the items and Paypal almost closed the case. I submitted evidence of Automodz telling me on Instagram Messages that they know they did not actually send me all 3 items and I submitted a picture of the UPS tracking showing the package was only 1 lb. After no response back from automodz after I submitted that paypal refunded me.

I bought a rear diffuser on Black Friday from CarbonCarz.uk. Communication was fine back then and they were very active on IG. Now its been over 2 months and the website is down. IG is no longer active so my guess is they went under. Good thing I paid with credit card so I can dispute.

Unfortunately they are another drop ship company. I was lucky enough to actually get my CF grill from them last summer but it did take some time and they weren't very good with communication.

Alibaba FTW!

Hopefully I get my refund from PayPal as I doubt Automodz will come through in a couple weeks with my CF tips.
