320i belt or chain?
Hi. Im looking at a 320i touring
Can anyone let me know if the engine uses a cam belt or cam chain? If it's a belt. When does it need changing and how much does it cost? |

Earlier models of 20d models were known for sometimes having rattling cam chain issues.....not sure about the newer ones. Someone on here will be able to advise.

The chains on the diesels was an issue 10 years ago on E9X and early F3X N47 engines. G2X 320i uses B48 engine.
