I just did mine last night. Came up as THOR_WIFI. Remember to keep ur phone near the adapter(right next to it) i held it with my hand sitting up straight and disconnected mid way.

It may take a little time for the ipad to pick up the wifi name of the Thor. Mine took about a minute. Maybe you can try rebooting your ipad and give it another shot…also make sure your ipad has its software up to date and the xhp app is up to date as well and put it on airplane mode. It should work.

With my iphone I kept on dropping connectivity midway through the flash.

Btw- Do you have a jb4? If so, set it to map 0.

I spent many hours trying to connect it on Friday and Saturday,
All I see a new name on the list was not "Thoir_Wifi" but "Wifi_Adapter. So I connected it but nothing happened. I tried so many different method like Airplane mode on, Data Off, BT off, Manually put IP Address and Subnet mask but no luck. It even did not connected to bimmercode.
I packed Thor Pink for RMA and placed an order for Xhp Blue.

I'm pretty sure it auto-creates a backup. It took me about 5-7 minutes to do the first flash.

Just did the flash stage 2 with the Thor adapter. Now to pack 50miles on it before I can have some fun, so Tq Reduction Upshifts is what gives it that burble / upshift bang correct?

What's y'all settings looking like with that?

I just did xhp flash with a new xhp blue adapter without any problem.
I went with stage 3.
One little weird thing was my car information of xhp app says Europe region but mine is US.

Anyway, It seemed like there is 2 cycles of flashing so I assume first one is backing up and second one is for flashing stage and there is 2 options from backup menu. One is flash your backup calibration or fully uninstall xhp from your vehicle.

Does anyone regret buying XHP? I am ecutek tuned so I already have bumped line pressure so my shifts are pretty fast. Still debating whether to buy it or not. I mean it will help in the long run so the clutches don't wear as fast.

Flashed Stage 3 on a buddy 21 M340 Mild Hybrid over the weekend, surprise surprise no harsh 3-2 downshift but us non mild hybrids still have it for some reason with no updates. I reached out to support and they told me to flash a couple different custom settings but to no avail so i just stay on stage 2 now. Super aggravating because stage 3 feels so much better in sport plus just cant handle that 3-2 downshift every time.

Have you tried lowering the 3-2 downshift by about 17%? I found that it made it a lot more bearable.

I flashed stage 3 and definately no 3-2 downshift pops in SP+ mode (feels like almost same as comport mode) but it is there when you shift to the left.
And for sure there is loud upshift fart in SP+mode.

Yeah, ive played with that slider and maxed it to 50% and still. Maybe its just my car?

Ahh gotcha, i cant speak on the mild hybrid as it seems to be different then flashing stage 3 with the non mild hybrid. Try messing around with the custom settings as well, you can always revert to the backup it makes or just turn custom settings off all together so you cant really mess anything up.

Really? It made quite a difference in my car. This might be a stupid question but did you reflash after adjusting the slider?

- Shiftpressure and Timing maps rescaled for high power cars
- Much firmer and faster upshifts in Sport/Sport+
- Adjusted D/Comfort shiftmaps
- Raised max. allowed RPM to 8000
- Stronger blips on downshifts
- Disabled Start/Stop (may be turned ON again through Custom Function panel in xHP)
- Sport + DSC OFF enables Race shiftmap (very late upshifting, very early down-shifting)
- Enabled ignition cut during shifts for EU cars ("Upshift-Farts")

M340i (Mild-Hybrid) Sedan Stage 3
- Torque Limiters removed
- Gear Display active in all modes
- Heavily improved shift-times
- Comfort: Medium-speed shifts, but always smooth shifting
- Sport: Medium to medium-fast shifts, depending on throttle
- Sport+: Super-Fast and intense shifting with maximum performance at all-times

- Unlimited amount of Launch Control starts allowed

Guys , my XHP app for windows , connects with the car with the ethernet cable but i am worried to flash my car with it because on connection diagram it says that i need the wireless adapters . The app recognise my car , i can also start flashing but i don't know what to do . Have anyone flashed via ethernet cable ? (g20/g80)

What’s sailing? And I assume when you flash your car with this, dealers can flag the car if you take it in for service?
