No problem will check when I get in bout 6.

You've got nothing to lose by deleting the app from your phone, visiting playstore on Android, and download MY BMW again.
I take it you have the Google Playstore app on your phone.

I've done all that, tried my tablet and my backup phone as well but they still show 2.9.3 as the latest. I even asked a mate of mine to check what version his Play store shows and he could only get 2.9.3 as well. It's probably a staggered rollout, but I wouldn't mind knowing for sure

I've got a variety of Android OS versions as well so it's not that either, but they are all Samsungs. Still, even visiting the store using Incognito mode (=no account info) only shows 2.9.3.

Weird I am on Samsung S20 Ultra.
Think I will also check my old Android tablet as well which also has the MY BMW app.

As a matter of interest, what version of Android OS is your tablet on? Wouldn't put it past BMW to decide to no longer support us paupers on less than the latest phones and Android 13.
Version 2.11 installed last week on my iPhone, but nothing available according to my Samsung Galaxy running v12 OS.

... which is a shame because I hate my iPhone and its useless UI.

I don't think it's that as I tried it on devices with both Android 13 and 12.

My phone has Android 13 and I’m still on the old release. I suspect BMW released a new version which a few people got, and then pulled it - perhaps there’s a major bug.

When I go to the Play Store, it shows 2.9.3 on my S20 running Android 13, yet the app I have that updated last week is running 2.11.0

Why would you want to upgrade to a version that has been pulled from release? There has to be some serious issues for that to have happened.

For experimentation mainly, I've got a sandboxed phone/account that I can use. If it were that serious though they would have pulled the app from the phones, plus I've seen reports of people receiving updates even today.

Looks like 2.11.1 is available in Play Store for me now. Doesn't seem to have the additional widgets that the iOS version came with though.
The changelog is as lazy as ever.

Version 2.11.1 appeared today, along with a software upgrade to 07/2022.58

No My Trips though guess my car is a month too old.

Have you ticked the trips option in the iDrive menu? Mine is a March '19 build and they are working fine since today's update.

Yup. But I'll have another look later on if I can remember. I did reset driver profile so maybe I didn't re-do.
