Good options for more wide look w/ forged rims?
Hey guys, recently got my M340i and was wondering what is the widest tire I could run for a square setup with some forged rims? I'm not too knowledgeable on wheels, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

i went 235/35 in front and 275/30 in the rear on my 20's and that set up was fine and the car ran perfect but i just went wider to protect my rims more and have a more appealing look for me to 245/30 and 295/30 but now there is something off with the car and its not running right at all and the traction is messed up and im seeing warning about possible chasis problems, so i think they are too wide but nothing is rubbing and it looks great but something is off and it feels funny when i hit the gas and doesnt accelerate properly. Go 275/30 and 245/30 for widest.

You need to change your tires and pick sizes that are closer in height. As mentioned above, if you are x-drive, the overall outside diameter between the front and rear needs to be closer.

So, 245/35's would get the diameter difference to .08%. I guess getting new fronts will solve the issues it sounds like cause my current 245/30's are making the difference off by 4.6% currently.
