Is the above trim that one that you have on yours and did the diffuser fit directly into it?

Is the AutoTecknic one more aggressive in anyway? When looking at the photos and comparing them both, I cant really see much difference. May I ask if you are aware of any differences in the two designs?

Any help would be much appreciated

It fits in the M Performance gloss black OEM trim, I posted a separate thread showing mine as well.

The fins are longer and stick out underneath more, I think giving it a slightly more aggressive look over OEM insert.

Mine does have a slight fitment issue where over time it's popping out a bit from one tab, but I'm working on addressing that with AutoTecknic now.

Great looking Bimmer!
You are getting famous in Germany, as some companys use your pictures for their aftermarket carbon parts...

I did a lot of measuring and everything fits perfectly
A few quick Q's as I'm now tempted by some Savini wheels and will likely go the same sizes - talking to some local distributers now. I think yours is an XDrive, so if it works for you then it makes me much more confident!

Firstly, did you need to use any spacers?

Secondly, those Savini wheels - does the centre cap pop out? If so, do you know if they are the same size as the stock wheels? I've been given some rotating BMW ones from their accessory range and would like to use them if I can.

Beautiful car, beautiful rims. Mine's mineral gray, I was looking for similar rims for mine aswell. Good choice
