I have a G20 330i M Sport with the Automatic Tailgate option.

On three separate occasions, now, I have discovered my vehicle with its tailgate open when I was certain that I left it closed and I am sure that the key fob has not been pressed accidentally!

All that built in technology and no warning when the vehicle renders itself insecure!

Has anyone else with this option had a similar experience?

I found myself pressing the button on the key fob accidently when holding it with something else in my hand, walking away from the car. Luckily for me, I like this car so much, I often turn around to look at it ( I know, I'm sad ) and I can see if it's open or not. It happened on few occasions now and I think I'll change the delay time to prevent accidental openings.
