Your exhaust flare out before the tip so that the difference !! The 320D do not have a flare

So if your looking for black chrome tips watch out for BMW part numbers as there are some errors!

I think the issue is that BMW has used the same code for petrol tips as they have for Diesel

An easy way to check is to look directly up the exhaust if you see a flare ( the diameter of the pipe get wider at the tip )in the exhaust pipe you need 18-30-8-485-758. However if you have a 320 D like me the pipe inside is straight and the above tips do not fit meaning you need part number 18-30-8-485-761
