For rears and sides, I've had 35% Suntek CXP on 6 different cars I've owned in the past 8 years. No direct experience with other makes, but I'll be sticking with Suntek (obviously, the quality of the installation makes a huge difference, but I've seen no fading or bubbling, or other issues). Cars are parked outside (San Diego, CA); plenty of sun all year round.

Definitely do the windshield.
I got Stratos on mine. 15 all around and 70 on the windshield. I was afraid it was going to look too dark but it doesn't I'm happy with it. |

I have 80 on my windshield and you can barely tell it's there.
