I’ve recently purchased a 21 m440i with 32k on the odometer. I’ve been tinkering with the sound in the car and don’t seem to feel the under seat speakers that should be there with my US HiFi system. At least from my understanding they should be there.

It’s pretty subtle , not sure what you are expecting. It probably is working fine. It’s not going to hit as hard as a 10-12” sub in your trunk.

Not really just a deep sound lol. You can maybe upgrade to bavsound or get a trunk sub woofer that fits in the side pocket for more oomph. I think the bass on the hk system with the equalizer settings might be better.

Ok, so I just wasn't driving it hard enough. With bass turned up and sufficient volume I can in fact feel them under there and could get some decent bump going so I've confirmed they are functional.
